Healthier rice

To be honest, I usually skip rice during a full-course meal. I’m always so full by the time we get to it — and there’s a good chance it’s glutinous rice, or fried. So, imagine my surprise when this made its way to the table. Rolled like sushi, the ten grain rice is stuffed with chicken floss. The combination is a palatable balance of sweet and savoury — and the portion is just right.
