Did you know that there are numerous studies on the health benefits of dark chocolate? It’s said to improve blood pressure, help with skin issues, and reduce the risk of heart disease, among others. The Internet even caught wind of a recent study that showed eating dark chocolate improves eyesight. However, the study involved only 30 people from the States over a course of three days.
